Battery, Power & Kill Switch

Install battery posts and disconnect

In progress

All parts are already on hand. Battery-post and disconnect installation is in progress.

The project record

Where the project stands

With Robin’s stereo, amps, subwoofers and more accessories on the horizon, I want the battery wiring to stay organized. Stacking every lead at one connection makes it frustrating when I only want to work on one accessory.

The Vgate organizer gives those accessory leads their own connection points. My goal is a cleaner layout that is easier to identify and service, without undoing a whole stack just to reach one wire. All parts are on hand, and installation is in progress.

This page starts with the plan and selected parts. Installation photos, decisions and results will be added as the work happens.
