First show. Second in class. One proud owner.

Robin’s first car show turned into a day I won’t forget. On March 21, 2026, I took her to TRAACA’s Springtime Car Show, presented by the Tallahassee Region Antique Automobile Club of America at the Tallahassee Automobile Museum.

I wasn’t expecting to win anything. I was just happy to be there, surrounded by cool cars and people who love them. In fact, I got so caught up looking at everyone’s cars that I forgot to take nearly as many pictures as the show deserved!

Then Robin placed second in her class. What a way to start! I was already having a great time, but that made the day extra special. I couldn’t have been prouder of her.

Best of Show went to the beautiful red C1 you’ll see in my photos. That car was immaculate, and it sounded every bit as good as it looked. What an amazing Corvette!

It was a good day for the Corvette crowd, too, with Vettes doing well in several classes. TRAACA is a wonderful organization with great members, and I’m grateful they put together such a fun event. Good cars, good company and an unexpected award for Robin. Not bad for her first show!
